Beyonce Knowles, the former Destiny's Child singer has scored 6 nominations in the BET awards. Although Beyonce is also an actress (starring in Dreamgirls), all 6 nominations were for singing. The 25 year old Beyonce has officially crossed the line into super-stardom.

Beyonce Knowles is married to entertainment heavyweight Jay-Z. Recently Beyonce is quoted as saying she won't be having children for at least 10 years. She's focused on her career and just signed a mega-deal with Giorgio Armani for a fragrance.
