Hilary Duff was born on September 28th, 1987, in Houston, Texas. Which makes her 20 and plenty legal!

Hilary's first role was in the mini-series True Women, but her first starring role was in the made for tv movie, Soul Collector. For her role in the Soul Collector, Duff won the Young Artist Award for Supporting Young Actress in a TV Movie or Pilot.
Then success came again after Hilary took the starring title character Lizzie McGuire in the #1 hit Disney Channel series "Lizzie McGuire".

Hilary currently has four movies in production. Safety Glass (2008) and Foodfight! (2008) are in pre-production and Talking with Dog (2008), and War, Inc. (2007) are in post-production.

Hilary likes having her good girl image and has even said "You can be edgy without showing off your boobs." I think Hilary may be missing the point. The masses don't even notice a girl has become a woman until she shells out her ta-tas in some fashion. At the very least she needs to tone down the good girl a bit, if she wants to be seen as an adult, she needs to put herself in an adult situation and be seen by adults, not tweens. A sexy photo shoot in Maxim magazine would do the trick.

Hilary Duff recently came to the decision that she is going to concentrate solely on her music. Hilary Duff's acting career has been going nowhere. Studio execs just can't see her for anything other than a silly girl and keep offering her horrible scripts with roles that could be played by a chimp. Hollywood should get their heads examined, because there is nothing the audience wants more than to see Hilary, and I mean all of Hilary.
