Katherine Heigl was born November 24, 1978, in Washington D.C. Katherine Heigl at the age of 9 started modeling under the representation of Wilhelmina modeling agency. Katherine modeled in magazine ads and a Sears catalogue, then made her television debut with a role in a Cheerios commercial.

Katherine was age 12 when she debuted her first feature film That Night. Katherine then received a starring role in My Father the Hero, starring opposite Gerard Depardieu. "There are still men who come up to me today and say, "You were really hot in that film!" I was 14, for God's sake!" says Katherine.

Katherine Heigl gained popularity in the sci-fi television series Roswell, a hot and sexy alien who could fix anything mechanical and liked her food extra spicy. Geeks everywhere couldn't get enough!
