Kirsten Dunst began her career as a child fashion model starting when she was just 3 years old. Kirsten worked for the prestigious agencies Ford Models and Elite Model Management.

In 1988 she appeared in a Saturday Night Live sketch playing George H. W. Bush's granddaughter with Dana Carvey. Kirsten Dunst then landed some big screen parts in New York Stories and The Bonfire of the Vanities. Kirsten also had some recurring parts on TV in ER as a child prostitute and on Star Trek: The Next Generation season 7.

Dunst had her breakout role in 1994 in Interview with the Vampire. In the movie the 11 year old Dunst got her first kiss from then 29 year old Brad Pitt.
